Hello and welcome to the second Washcloth Wednesday.
Same yarn and colour as last week, but this time crocheted.
Start with chaining an odd number of stitches + ch2, turn
Row 1: (sc, ch2, sc) into 3rd st from hook, * skip 1 st, (sc, ch2, sc) into next st *, repeat * * until last 2 stitches, skip 1 st, sc into last st, ch2, turn
Row 2: * (sc, ch2, sc) into ch2-space *, repeat * * , end with sc into first ch, ch2, turn
Repeat row 2 until desired length.
After the last row, I continued with the same stitches and made a small border around the cloth. In every corner (sc, ch2, sc), and ending with a slip stitch in the first ch.
Groetjes, Dorien
It is lovely, I too have been crocheting washcloths for stocking fillers.
ReplyDeleteGlad this week's washcloth pattern is a crochet one - I love this idea of experimenting with different wash cloth patterns every week. Going to run one of these up I think! Thank you for sharing! E x
