The fact is that I don’t have green fingers. I don’t like to garden and when I have a plant in my living room? Well, let’s just say it would have been better off in another home.
So it is quite a miracle, that my flowers are growing and blooming in the most amazing colours. They only don’t smell that much!
Yesterday I finished another scarf. Indeed, with the roses I made last week.
Little rosebuds in three shades (off white, soft pink and fuchsia), and roses in the same colours and in red. The leaves are in three shades of green.
It’s made with alpaca wool, very soft, not itchy at all.
Even though it really is quite a lot of work, I’ve already started making new flowers for yet another scarf. Somehow I want to find out how many variations are possible with this idea.
The scarf is in my Etsy-shop.

Dorien,
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful! It really is a piece of artwork. I like how the blossoms intertwine with the leaves and how it can be wrapped around the neck in various ways. I've fav'd over at etsy.
Hi Dorien! Like Karen said this is a beautiful work of art! I wish I could buy one...perhaps one day!
ReplyDeleteIt's a jewellery and scarf together!
Have a lovely weekend!
