Sometimes life happens and that is the only reason I’ve been absent for these last weeks. Nothing big, nothing special, just simply day to day life.
Today the boys went to school again after their Spring break, and although a lot is waiting for me in and around the house, I’m also starting to make new plans for different projects.
In the evenings I’ve made circles into squares; not all of them, so I’ll be doing that for a while.
In front you see some lovely fabrics I bought at Room Seven. A lovely (outlet) store from the daughter of the founders of Oilily. She also sells lots of wonderful items and it is always fun to walk by for inspiration.
The fabrics have been washed, and now they are ready on my table, together with 2 pieces of foam, a large piece of batting, a turquoise piece of fabric from my stash with piping cord and 2 zippers.
