Never a dull bike around

Hello, I hope you are enjoying a wonderful weekend!

This is the colour palette I had to use for yet another pair of skirt guards. But not only skirt guards, also for a basket liner and a little pillow for on the back of the bike.

So here they are. The basket liner was made of dark brown cotton fabric, where I sewed a crocheted border on. The skirt guards are rather the same as always. It was actually the pillow, which gave me the most trouble. It was very difficult to make a panel which covered the top. I’ve tried and frogged, but in the end I made a panel of 3 squares, joined them and crocheted a border around. Now it fitted.

You can’t see it, but on the bottom of the pillow, I made 2 pairs of straps with Velcro, so it’s easy to attach on the back carrier.

I was just wondering if you could incorporate your bike skirt design into a poncho just continuing the pattern?
